Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

• It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at cs@glownimbus.com. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed.
Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the return is accepted and should appear in your bank account.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective.
• The item arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. Alternatively, we can ship your new item after your return has been processed by our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
